The amount of work does not directly correlate to the time spent at work and to insinuate that it does implies willful ignorance. Factors like willingness to work, the coming and going of people from the restaurant, and the presence of a supervisor all affect work done in a day. The first of the aforementioned factors is possibly the most important because if someone is not willing to do work, then the other two will not matter to them.
